To enhance capacity and capability of the participants to lead with their team effectively and well manage their existing project efficiently.
Expected Outcomes
- Participants have ability and skill to develop their leadership skills
- Sharpen on the leadership skills, responsibilities to produce a good quality of work.
- Participants have ability to manage for basic constraints, conflict in regarding to leadership skills.
- Become more aware of and question personal, organizational, and community assumptions about how we work as development professionals in light of the need to demonstrate development result in our country.
- Be able to lead their team effectively and efficiently
- Identify opportunities where learnt principles and skills may be applied immediately in practice to work.
- Participants have ability to develop their existing of designing, implementing and managing of their own project.

- Graduated Master Degree in Management and Development, and candidate for Master Degree for Development Studies.
- 16 years worked experience with NGOs as Development Practitioner (6 years as facilitator/coordinator, and 9 Years of Project/Program Managers).
- 5 years experiences as trainer/facilitator/coach, and independent training consultant.
- Abroad experiences ( Philippine, Thailand, Malaysia, Africa, and Australia ) , fund raising, proposal development and donor relation.
