Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a Full Time Membership Card Scheme Volunteer, based in Phnom Penh.

- Manage the launch and operation of Membership Card, one of the fundraising tools developed by PSE
- Research and identify potential businesses to become a member of Membership Card network
- Visits potential businesses and present to them the benefit of joining Membership Card network
- Establish a system by which PSE keeps track of the Card transactions
- Draft agreements to be signed between Membership Card network businesses and PSE
- Monitor the Card transactions and ensure smooth operation of the Membership Card system
- Create and update a database of Membership Card network
- Train volunteers and businesses who are in charge of selling Membership Card
- Wok in close cooperation with Public Relations Office in executing the above tasks
- Administer and perform other administration tasks relating to Membership Card
Requirements
- Minimum Year IV in Communication, Media, International Relation, Journalism or other fields related
- Good Knowledge of Computer Microsoft Office and Social Media
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills of English; French is a plus
- Demonstrate a strong capability of communication and networking skills
- Be flexible, dynamic and proactive
- Be able to work for a six month full time contract
- Have a strong willingness and interest in learning new things related to communication and fundraising
