Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Sihanouk Ville Informal Program Officer (01 post), based in Sihanouk Ville.
Responsibilities

- Manage and control all operations, safety, security and wellbeing of children in Paillotes (center located in community base), and daycare center
- Improve and design Paillotes to be a community place for all villagers to share and exchange information
- Manage and motivate staff to work by providing a clear and challenging work objective and evaluate their performance based on objectives defined
- Manage and settle all conflicts and problems of staff and students
- Review and develop the study programs, extra class activities, games, library, internal rules and regulation to ensure the sustainability and development of Paillotes and daycare center
- Control and record all student attendance, study progress, discipline and attitude and propose for any positive changes if necessary
- Create and manage extra class activities
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in General Management, Social Science, Education other related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in education, youth affairs, management or other related experiences
- Have a strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess a good leadership and management skills
- Good communication and facilitation skills with local people, authority and vulnerable children
- Computer literacy Ms. Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Be able to communicate in English; French is a plus
- Applicants staying/ living in Sihanouk Ville is strongly prioritized
