Course Profile:
Managers are to be effective in working for the achievement of the organization’s objectives. They need to know what it is that they are expected to do. Planning allows managers and supervisors to identify the objectives for which they are responsible and how far they are being successful in achieving those objectives. An important lesson on delegation will provide an enlightening experience. Despite the inventions of vast range of electronics planning tools, we must still fully comprehend and practice the fundamentals of planning in order to be an efficient user of time. At the end of the course participants will identify their own key result areas and monitor their job performance.

Now Mr. Bolene is a very successful entrepreneur, investor, and Chief Executive Officer. He’s currently the Chairman & CEO of Westline Education Group, and an investor in Education, Media, Training and Research companies. He manages and invests in the following schools and companies:
