Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Public Relation Officer (Industry Sector), based in Phnom Penh.

- Explore and seek the job employment and internship for the students training in the skills of construction, mechanics, and gardening (Industry Sector);
- Collect the labor market information regarding frequency job openings, skilled requirements, and other occupational information to identify the job market trend and forecast the threat and opportunity of job employment related to construction, mechanics, factory, gardening companies/ industries;
- Develop, represent and maintain strong positive relations, networks and contacts with multi-international companies or other related sectors ;
- Facilitate, follow up and solves student problems while they are doing the internship and working
- Work closely with Public Relation Managers and related training managers
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Communication and others alike
- Minimum two year related working experiences ( Sales, Marketing, Public Relations…etc.,)
- Some experiences related to marketing research/ survey
- Knowledge of Construction, Mechanics is a great asset
- Good Command of English or French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Be outgoing, enthusiastic and team building
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
- Be dynamic, challenging and self-motivated
