OBJECTIVE:
To facilitate management with a better under- standing of the attitude/skills required to motivate staff and create a more positive work environment in order to achieve company objectives
TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
Team leaders, first-line managers, supervisors and anyone with people management responsibilities
METHODOLOGY:
Management Perspective Skills offers a program which is highly interactive and gives everybody an opportunity to exchange views and learn from each other’s experiences. The program also includes a range of case studies, management games and simulations, discussion exercises, self-assessment instru- ments.

- Group discussion/presentation on managing each type

TRAINER
Mr Stevan Lee received a BA degree or Computer Science and Business Administration in June 1984 From University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee, U.S.A. Currently working as an independent consultant/trainer with The Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (MPDF) which is part of the World Bank Group. He completed the TOT (Training of trainers) organized by MPDF and worked as one of three trainers to facilitate ‘Supervisory skills’ training to about 700 supervisors/managers from 7 garment factories in Cambodia manufacturing for GAP ING that was partially sponsored by MPDF. He is also working as independent consultant for RV Centre. He designed and facilitated “Management staff of SCA (Societe Concessionaire Des Aeroports) responsible for the management of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports. He has been facilitating business / management skills training workshops and teaching English in Cambodia since 2002. He is also teaching ‘Business Communication Skills’ short courses and Business/General English at local and international institutes.
