2 Field Technicians-Vegetable
(1) in Siem Reap and (1) in Banteay Meanchey province
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality of vegetable technique advices
- supervise farmers in vegetable production
- field follow up and other data collecting
- facilitate to organize training, exposure visit, field day, and other events
- contribute working with marketing facilitation, Farmer Business Advisory (FBA), Micro finance, Irrigation system and M&E.
Qualifications
- University degree in Agronomy or related fields
- 2+ years’ work experience with extensive vegetable field and experiments
- fair English and strong Khmer communication skills
- facilitation skills computer skills (Ms. Office)
- report writing
- positive team attitude.
