Senior Officer, Banking Operations (1 Position)
(Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh)
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and be responsible:
- To review banking policy and procedures
- To participate and develop new procedures and guidelines for new business process
- To involve with project team for reviewing and setting up internal control system
- To participate in new bank’s product and service development
- To work with project team for new initiative
- To maintain Board/EC paper and minutes for future reference
Requirements:
- University Graduate
- At least two-year working experience in banking industry at supervisory level
- Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
- Computer literate, in particular Ms. Office applications
- Maintain a high level of commitment and confidentiality
- Strong desire to work as a team
- Ability to participate in business policies, guideline & procedures development
Officer, Banking Operations (1 Position)
(Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh)
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for following duties:
- To evaluate and recommend suppliers to the Bank before establishing any business relationship
- To implement good control system for Bank’s stationary and equipment
- To check for proper approval before releasing items
- To train clerical staffs on courtesy, operational control and efficiency
- To proceed efficiency service delivery
Requirements:
- University Graduate
- At least two-year working experience in banking industry
- Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
- Computer literate, in particular Ms. Office applications
- Maintain a high level of commitment and confidentiality
Graphic Designers (2 Positions)
(Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh)
Responsibilities:
- To design Bank’s marketing collaterals and other communication materials
- To assist in developing concepts of the Bank’s marketing collaterals and other communication materials
- To work with other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the senior managers or superiors.
- Communication and coordination with advertising agencies and production house to ensure that the Bank’s branding standard is implemented correctly
- Ensure that marketing collaterals are sufficient in its area and it’s visible to customers and potential customers
- Ensure that the Bank’s brading standard is strictly complied and correctly implemented.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Information and Communications Technology with Major in Computer Graphics Design.
- Knowledgeable in design software such as Adobe and Corel
- Good command of written and verbal English & Khmer, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Hard-working, able to work under pressure and in extended hours when the task requires.
- Flexible, able to work autonomously and a good team player as well
- Experience working in an advertising agency and printing house is a plus
Authorizers, Card Services (2 Positions)
(Location: Phnom Penh Branch)
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for approving or declining authorization request based on established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Male
- Possess a recognized Diploma, University Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Work experience in card services is an advantage.
- Experience with cards system would be an advantage
- Possess IT knowledge.
- Must be willing to work in shifts (day shift and/or night shift).
- Good command of written and verbal English. Verbal and/or written Chinese Mandarin is an advantage.
Customer Services Representative (1 position)
(Location: Phnom Penh Branch)
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the Bank to external parties such as customers, suppliers, and partners. He or she will be required to extend excellent customer service and be able to actively answer queries, whether personal or by phone.
Requirements:
- A University graduate of any field; or Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Has a strong command of written and verbal English and Khmer. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
- Service oriented and exercises good judgment;
- Can work well under pressure and with minimum supervision;
- Computer literate;
- A team player;
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality;
Receptionist (1 Position)
(Location: Phnom Penh Branch)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible to answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible and to re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. He or she is also responsible to meet and greet customers and visitors to assist in directing customers to the appropriate departments or persons.
Requirements:
- Posses at minimum a high school certificate
- Good command of written and verbal English. Ability to converse in Chinese Mandarin is advantage
- Mature, good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- Possess IT knowledge
Driver (1 Position)
(Location: Siem Reap Branch)
Requirements:
- Male aged between 25- 45 year olds
- Hold valid driving license
- A minimum of three- year driving experience
- Ability to communicate in English is advantage
- Good attitude
