Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for Fully Qualified Candidates for a vacant position of English Trainer for English Program and Business School, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the training needs, design, and conduct the training for ESP teachers in Business School and Trainers of Business School
- Review and study the labor market requirements of English language at the job market
- Conduct the survey in order to create the repository of competencies and curriculum for each program of Business School
- Involve ESP teachers in the designing of teaching contents
- Involve and coach the teacher team leader in training and programming curriculum
- Monitor and evaluate the whole training programs to reach the objectives defined
- Five hour-teaching per week to students at Business School
- Write a report to the manager
Requirements
- Preferred Master Degree in a business related field and/or Training Engineering or a Master Degree in Teaching English
- Business work experiences
- Native English Speaker
- Minimum two year experiences in ESP teaching and/or training
- Excellent in communicating and networking
- Computer literate
- Mastering of English Linguistic Skills
- Competence in French is an advantage
- Demonstrate the ability and experience in working cross culture especially in Asian contexts
