Office Administrator (Full Time)
SALARY BANDWIDTH: $350 to $400 USD/month

Cufa was established in 1971 and is an Australian international aid agency working to combat poverty in the Asia Pacific region. Its programs focus on financial inclusion and sustainable livelihoods.  In Cambodia, Cufa works to develop children’s financial literacy, support micro-enterprises, facilitate savings and loans cooperatives, as well as a number of other impactful and important economic projects.

Cufa is seeking an eager and highly motivated Office Administrator to join its dynamic, fast-moving, and hard-working management team.  The role is based in Cufa’s Phnom Penh office. The purpose of this role is to ensure a well-functioning Cambodian office. This position is open to Cambodian citizens’ only.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain operational efficiency of the Cufa Cambodia office;
  • To manage the Cambodian fund database and monthly financial reconciliations;
  • To assist with banking processes;
  • To prepare monthly staff payroll,  tax , NSSF and insurance;
  • To maintain office supplies and stationary, as well as postage and delivery;
  • To supervise admin staff team;
  • To assist the Cambodia Country Program Manager with administrative support.

Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or other related field
  • Good English (both written and verbal)
  • At least two years’ experience in administration and/or finance
  • Attention to detail and work flexibility
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access/database
  • Willingness to learn new thing and high commitment
  • Good and proactive attitude and willingness to work flexibly
DESIREABLE CRITERIA
  • Experience working with NGO organizations
