Position Summary: Cufa is looking for a highly motivated, assertive representative with attention to detail to supervise and lead the international Administration Team. The candidate is required to have a high level of English proficiency, report-writing and editing skills, strong inter-personal skills, and expertise in travel arrangements and administration. This position is open to Cambodian citizens only.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
The Regional Team Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that Cufa’s international offices are strongly supported by the regional team, consisting of IT, graphic design, and general administration for all Cufa offices. The role will report to the International Performance and Operations Manager.
The key accountabilities include:
- Supervising and supporting the International Administration Team, providing all admin services to Cufa offices across the Asia Pacific Region;
- Managing the operation of the Vilage Entrepreneur system, ensuring fund tracking, fund disbursement, reports, and project candidate’s online profiles are kept up to date;
- Maintaining Cufa’s international digital records, ensuring project data, correspondence, policies and procedures, and other important documents are kept up to date on the organisation’s Google Drive;
- Supervise the team to conduct travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders (such as booking flights/accommodation, obtaining quotes, amending logistic requirements as needed, and ongoing communication with stakeholders)
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Advanced English language skills (written and verbal);
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver strong outcomes in a high-pressure environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the capacity to maintain open and constructive communications with a wide range of stakeholders in an international context;
- Strong skills in travel administration and management, as well as event coordination and stakeholder engagement;
- Ability to deliver strong results in a high-pressure environment;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines;
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining an efficient and well-organised electronic filing system;
- Demonstrated experience supervising and managing staff in a supportive, collaborative and constructive manner;
- High computer proficiency, particularly in the use of internet, email, the Microsoft Office suites, and Google products;
- Report editing and writing skills;
- Minimum three years of experience in business administration;
- Ability to travel to provinces in Cambodia, as well as overseas if required.
- Experience working in the NGO sector and on community development projects;
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated in work practices;
- Knowledge in gender equality, child safety and disability inclusion.
