A) Admin/Accountant
Admin/Accountant’s primary roles are to provide support in order to maintain good administrative and financial management system for PCI Country Office. He/she will oversee to all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the management.

A) Admin/Accountant
Admin/Accountant’s primary roles are to provide support in order to maintain good administrative and financial management system for PCI Country Office. He/she will oversee to all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Assistant to CEO will have full responsibility for most aspect of in-country PCI Cambodia implementation. Responsibilities will be slightly different for three categories: (i) administrative, (ii) accounting, and financial. Key responsibilities of the Admin/Accountant are likely to include:
- Enter financial transactions into Quickbooks, scan supporting documents and link documents to Quickbooks transactions.
- Oversee and assist hands-on support to the daily operation of petty cash to ensure smoothly petty cash payment, cheque, cash transfer, voucher, invoice, and transaction record activities.
- Support long-term technical staff in their day-to-day responsibilities as needed and provide administrative (employee leave record, assets inventory list, monthly telephone, electricity, internet/email, water bills are appropriately paid on time).
- Carry out and support in-country tax and procedures ensuring compliance with government requirements.
- Support with the development of any sub-contracts with partner firms, as well as overseeing their timely execution of deliverables.
- Liaise on logistical and operational issues with mission counterparts, project staff, and other stakeholders/agencies operating in country.
- Monitor and manage the contractual agreements carried out in compliance with terms and deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide occasional support to the team with translation of documents and/or with overseeing the accuracy of translation of documents from external services.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by CEO and/or team leaders.
- Bachelor or master degree in business administration, accounting, finance or relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master's degree and minimum of 3 years of experience)
- Experience with consulting firms and other donor-funded projects.
- Experience and knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience managing similar projects, with knowledge of and experience working on projects in the development sector in Cambodia highly desired.
B) Internships (Research, Operation, IT/Database and Web Designer)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assistance with national and international teams for all documents and works related to design and produce real estate ICT materials
- Assistance in write code scripts test wide functionality projects on requirements and write automated test scripts that allow repeatable, reliable testing solutions
- Assists teams of project managers and fieldwork supervisors and works closely with project teams (fieldwork, quality control and data processing), sub-contractors and PCI management to ensure that qualitative and quantitative research projects are efficiently and effectively managed and schedules are met.
- Assist in design across digital assets, e.g., advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media other digital media.
- Provides in general business and research development where necessary.
- Bachelor or master of economic, accounting, computer science, IT, etc
- Proficient spoken written English and Khmer
- At least 1 year experience graphic and web design
- Competent graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point), Internet E-mail
- Create and update website
- Work on time and can work with team
- Good at communication and problem solving.
- Proven ability work under time pressure deliver results time
- Honest reliable person positive attitude work
