Position: Client Service Officer
Location: Phnom Penh/Siem Reap

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sell IDP/ACE products and promote the growth of enrolment through various task assigned by immediate supervisor
• Deal with general enquiries for all IDP services before channelling potential leads to the relevant departments
• Politely and comprehensively provide information to all clients on ACE programs, study times, costs and all other services
• Promptly respond to visitors, telephone calls or e-mails enquiring about IDP/ACE programs etc
• Act as a point of contact for students’ feedback and refer them to relevant persons
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Key Minimum Requirements:

1. A university degree is preferred
2. Good command of written and spoken English (IELTS 5.5 overall band score is preferred)
3. Experience in customer service and administrative work is preferred
4. Good interpersonal, communication skills and team work
5. Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
6. Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development
7. Good time management skills
8. Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
9. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
