Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) or For a Child’s Smile is a non-profit organization and founded by Christian and Marie-France des Pallières, was established since 1995 in Cambodia. PSE’s mission is to help the most marginalised and debrided children escape from destitution and lead them to decent, skilled and well remunerated jobs. PSE has six main programmes adapted to the needs of the children, those programmes include: food, health, protection, education and schooling, vocational training, and helping families. PSE employs more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children and 3000 families. We are operating in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap.  We are looking for qualified candidates for the positions below.

Physiotherapist (This position is fixed-term contract, part-time, based in Phnom Penh)

S/he will responsible to manage and treat patients in PSE’s health center. Also, s/he will coordinate closely with communities and government hospitals to facilitate and coordinate patients transfer in emergency cases. In addition, s/he will manage patients’ records and prepare reports to his/her line manager.

2. DEPARTMENT & SECTION’S MISSIONS
Department’s missions: To ensure the physical mental health of the PSE’s Children and their families in the program support by PSE.
Section’s missions: To provide treatment and rehabilitation for children in program PSE effectively. To follow up using adapted material of disable children in program PSE effectively.
3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose of the job:
Activities and responsibilities:	Main activities To provide treatment and rehabilitation for children in program PSE by doctor To coordinate to make appointment with disable children who stay inside PSE to treat or rehabilitate at PSE. To facilitate bringing the disable children to treat, rehabilitate or take adapted material at hospital or other center.  To collaboration with parents to help children with disabilities. To facilitate relation with the relevant sections internal and external to transfer students when they have problem and relevant information in the section.  To write reports to immediate manager every day, week and month about Physiotherapy’s service. Processes to manage and/or control To manage student’s records (Assessment, appointment and comment from doctor… To follow up with adapted material of disable children internal PSE.  To follow up schedule rehabilitation with disable children internal PSE.
4. QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
Educational Background:	Physiotherapy graduate
Working Experience:	Worked as a special teacher at least 1 year
Language requirement:	Communicate in English or French medium
Know-How (Technical competencies):	Have technical treatment on respiratory Have technical rehabilitation on neurological Have technical treatment on traumatology Have technical treatment on muscle and joint
