JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Under a public-private partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports hold the concession for the development and the management of the Kingdom’s three international airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanouk Province.

HR Assistant Manager (01 position)
Department: Human Resources – Business Unit
Location:    Phnom Penh International Airport


General Responsibilities:

Report directly to HR Manager, HR Assistant Manager in charge of personnel section is responsible for Payroll process, personnel administration, compensations & benefits, Human Resources Management System (HRIS), labor relations, reporting and budgeting.
Key Activities:
1. Payroll & Compensation
  • Preparing monthly staff payroll.
  • Follow up yearly performance and salary review.
  • Calculate final settlement for staff leaving the company.
  • Keep and treat all payroll data in very high confidential and very strict manner.
  • Report to NSSF on monthly employee movement.
  • Calculate monthly NSSF for three airports and pay on time to NSSF.
  • Prepare HR monthly report on regular basis.
  • Prepare staff cost budget and follow up on actual staff cost.
  • Use the HR Information System (HRIS).
2. Personnel Administration
  • Is responsible in preparation all kind of letters to employees.
  • Follow up on employee probation, on-the-job training and employment contract.
  • Ensure that all staffs have the complete work permit required by the Ministry of Labor.
  • Conduct briefing for new hired staffs on company’s profile, internal rules and regulations
3. Industrial relations
  • Support in labor relations including with unions and shop stewards’ representatives.
Job’s Requirements:
  1. Cambodia nationality, legal age;
  2. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields. Master degree is a plus;
  3. At least 2 years of experiences in HR Practice, especially in Payroll, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relation and Budgeting;
  4. Good knowledge in Cambodian Labor Law;
  5. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and high proficiency with MS excel;
  6. Proven proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer;
  7. Flexible, highly confident, diplomatic, trustworthy and team spirit;
  8. Good interpersonal and good communication skills;
  9. Can-do-attitude.
