Communications X-Change Awards

The Communications X-CHANGE is an online library of materials contributed by organizations and individuals around the world who are working to end violence against women and girls. A wide assortment of international content includes flyers, posters, videos, brochures, educational materials and more, all of which you can view and download free of charge. The project, developed by Futures Without Violence with generous support from the Avon Foundation for Women, is now led by the Global Women’s Institute (GWI) at the George Washington University.

The Communications X-CHANGE represents an innovative approach to building a stronger worldwide movement to change attitudes and behaviors and build communities of respect. We hope you'll make the library even more powerful by submitting your materials dedicated to preventing violence against women and children, and use the information you find here to raise awareness and take action.

The Global Women’s Institute will be accepting materials until January 3. International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. 

A panel of experts will evaluate the submissions and select the winners. Three separate awards will be given for a total of $9,000 in prize money.
