Administrative Officer -- Cambodian People living with HIV Network (CPN+)

The Cambodian People living with HIV Network (CPN+) is a national network established in July 2001 in response to Cambodia's rapidly growing HIV epidemic. CPN+ works to strengthen the policy synergy between the HIV response at national, district, and community levels through meaningful involvement of people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS (PLHIV) in the development of policies, plans and programs for PLHIV and those at most risk of HIV. CPN+ receives core funding support from (1) Global Fund (GFATM), (2) The Asia Pacific Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (APN+) for Community CCM Capacity Strengthening and (3) AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) grant for advocacy project.

CPN+ seeks for a qualified Cambodian national applicants for Administrative Officer position to respond administrative tasks for (1) 24 Provincial Network of People living with HIV (P-CPN+) and (2) 35 Mondul Mith Chuoy Mith (MMM) at Pre-ART/ART sites and (3) 10 provinces (18 OD) under Community Based Prevention Care and Support (CBPCS) project, which funded by the Global Fund-NFM through PR-NCHADS.

Administrative Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for overall develop and maintain administrative task
  • Up to 25% of the Administrative Officer’ time will be spent in the field for technical support visit to PPN+ and MMM especially in the field administrative
  • Take part in report writing, minute taker for the meetings, workshop or others training as assign by Admin & Finance Manager/National Coordinator
  • Clear responsible for fixed asset, office supplies, reporting and logistics of preparation and update
  • Coordinate with itineraries and accommodation for visitors/guests
  • Undertake overall responsibility for logistic arrange arrangement for the meeting, workshop, training, and staff events management etc…
  • Take part in procurement process
  • Overall office maintenance and preparation
  • Assist Admin & Finance Manager in human resources management and personal development
  • Vehicle and fuel management
  • Insurance management for staff and vehicle
  • Letter in and out management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative Management
  2. Strong commitment to CPN+’s mission and core values
  3. Strong commitment to work with people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and Most At Risk Population (MARP)
  4. At least 2 years experiences and knowledge in Administrative work
  5. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet Email & Outlook…)
  6. Good verbal and written skills in Khmer and English
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Willingness to learn new skills
  9. Willing to travel to the provinces
