Job title: Leasing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing, managing and negotiating sub-tenancies & managing sub-tenancies renewal, as well as reviewing, managing and negotiating sub-tenancy documents, including business terms and dates.
- He/She will be resourceful so as to develop the strategy for categories to tenant mix to meet the business goals of the Company and achieve the targeted income.
- The candidate is expected to interface with attorney, franchises and other retailers on a regular basis, evaluate potential markets, including field research and prepare summaries and recommendations for leasing of shop lots.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Law, Others or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in in procurement of tenants for the shopping complex and dealing with leases and tenancy agreements is required for this position.
- Those with leasing experience in shopping complex management are encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate and negotiate effectively as well as travel independently
- Preferably an outgoing, proactive and self-motivated individual
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Property Leasing or equivalent.
