Job Description:

  • Government and related organizations dealing with HR matters
  • HR Consultancy and Services providers, e.g. Consulting, Head-hunters etc.
  • HR Communities and networks
  • Sources of Recruitment, e.g. University, Trade organization etc.
Mission requirement:
  • Commitment to Company’s Mission Statement, Strategic Direction, Core Values and Statement of Faith.
  • Contribute the effective and efficient human resources operation by providing HR professional services.
Key tasks:
1.     Recruitment & Selection
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment process report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
  • Process all respective local recruitment request in an effective and efficient manner
2.     Training & Development
  • Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs accordingly.
  • Managing, communicating and delivering important that impact other parts of organization.
3.     Compensation & Benefit
  • Monitor and alert the Human Resources Manager in Vietnam (HRM) to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount.
  • To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments).
  • Gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
  • Compile all data needed for annual salary review, and the annual performance analysis.
  • Provide recommendation and support to Store Manager, HRM
4.     Employee Relations:
  • To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Store Manager
  • To foster a conductive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
  • To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all staffs at all levels.
5.     Rules & Regulations:
  • To review the staffs rules and regulations and if applicable propose for modification and ensure its effective implementation.
  • To create and implement the employee staff rules and regulations of newly created Stores.
6.     Budget, financial management
  • Plan the Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount.
  • Produce and submit the payroll distribution report to Finance Dept on a monthly basis.
7.     HR information system:
  • Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information system.
  • Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training & awards).
  • Ensure HR system is modified proper and run in compliance with local law and the company rules & regulations.
Job Requirement:
  1. University diploma
  2. Minimum of 6 years experience in HR field, in which minimum of 2 years HR Management experience.
  3. High level of interpersonal and integrity.
  4. Strong HR process skills and knowledge (e.g. coaching, compensation/ payroll, training & development, labor regulations and career/ organizational development.
  5. Be proactive – fosters courage to take risks and accept new challenges to achieve goals.
  6. Good human relations, patient and high leadership skills
  7. Good English and computer skills.
