And now Parkson will be launching its first department store in Cambodia at the late of 2016 and is seeking the following talented candidates for serving our expansion plan. Job title: Floor Executive

SUMMARY
Be responsible for (1) Operation duties, (2) sales and profits, (3) rules and regulations, and (4) Manpower planning.

KEY DUTIES
1. Operation duties
  • Department are ready for business (store checklist).
  • Ensure sufficient manpower during business.
  • Provide good customer services to encourage “plus selling”. Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
  • Get information and introduce to customers about new arrivals, promotions, policies regarding to store.
  • Handle complaints from customers, staffs and promoters, difficult and complicated situations.
  • To ensure safety standards are met before opening for business.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing store’s doors, elevators, escalators.
  • Prevent and handle shopliftings, thieves, robberies.
Requirements: Department are ready for business, sufficient merchandise and enough coverage within department. Housekeeping standards are met.

2. Sales and Profits

  • Be responsible for overall department business activities and staff performance:
         - Organize, execute, review repeat purchase orders, sales activities, expenses budget.
         - Monitor stock movements
         - Monitor department controllable expenses like over time, tools.
  • Review inventory and sales records to advise management and merchandising department.
  • Report periodically including market survey.
  • Maintain fire-fighting, camera and EAS systems and security equipments in good condition.
Requirements: Meet sales target, keep minimum expenses, shrinkages, doors, elevators, systems are opened and closed on time and well maintained. All kind of Reports is submitted on time.
3. Rules and Regulations
  • Follow the company rules and in house regulations.
  • Be responsible for staffs and promoters in implementing, executing the rules and regulations within the department and as assigned by the management.
Requirements: Rules and regulations are strictly followed.

4. Manpower planning
  • Implement and monitor store policies practices, standards, guidelines, procedures.
  • Plan and prepare duty rooster and keep record of employee’s work schedules.
  • Preside over all department meetings of staffs and promoters.
  • Train, motivate and supervise subordinates engaged in sales, inventory-taking, performing services to customers.
  • Appraise staff’s performance and handle staff’s grievances and complains from internal and external customers.
Requirements: Efficient manpower on duty, staffs are efficient competent in sales service.  Appraisal result is evaluated accurately, fair with staff’s performance. Staff’s grievances are solved within the competence. Staff turnover at minimum level.

5. Other duties
  • Support other department as required.
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store manager, SSM, ASM.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  1. 25 years old or older
  2. Higher education.
  3. At least two-year experience at management level.
  4. English ability: Fluency.
  5. Be able to work at shift
  6. Good health.
  7. Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work.
  8. Service orientation: customer service minded.
  9. Leadership: Acting leadership by example.
  10. Persuasion: Ability to persuade others in specific situations.
  11. Reasoning ability: Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.
