Key Responsibilities:
- Enhances commercial strategy to cellcard loyalty program
- Analyzes and measures the return and profitability of reward effort
- Initiates ideas and insights to improve customer need and challenges
- Develops key partnerships with brand and merchants to delight the target segmentation
- Analyzes result of loyalty program to assess the impact and success
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
- Bachelor or master degree in Business or equivalent fields
- At least 3 years experience in business development, Marketing agency, Sales or related field
- Experience and understanding in managing loyalty program or CRM
- Good at project management
- Strong analytical skills both qualitative and quantitative
- English proficient
- Computer literate
- Be creative, dynamic and flexible
