Transparency International is the global civil society organization leading the fight against corruption. Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) is an official National Chapter of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia. TI Cambodia is currently looking for exceptional candidate to fulfil the position as detailed below:

Position Title:              Communication and Management Support Manager

                                    (Basic monthly salary ranges from USD 1,000-USD 1,534 plus benefits.)
Type of Contract:         Full time Employment 
Duty Station:                Phnom Penh Office, Cambodia
Starting Date:              As soon as possible
Duration:                      One year contract with renewable
Report to:                     Executive Director  

Position Summary:
Plan, execute TI Cambodia’s Communication Strategy and provide supports to the Executive Director and the Senior Management Team (SMT) of TI Cambodia to deliver and report results effectively and efficiently.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Hold a Master Degree in Communication, International Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Laws or relevant field;
  • At least five years of experience in planning and managing the communication strategy of reputable organisations in Cambodia or in the region;
  • Experience in managing a multi-media platforms including social media;
  • At least two years of experience in managing projects and in supporting senior management roles in a dynamic institution;
  • Possess an excellent knowledge and understanding of political dynamics, anti-corruption and governance issues in Cambodia with strong interest and passion to make improvement in these areas;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both in writing and in speaking, and the ability to produce content for public communications;
  • Very good knowledge of computer software especially Microsoft Office applications;
  • Good interpersonal and public relations skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills and the ability to do multiple work assignments and establish priorities;
  • Sound knowledge and commitment to promoting integrity, good governance and anti-corruption;
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of commitment to complete the tasks on time and to a high standard.
