Pour un Sourire d’ Enfant (PSE) is a non-profit organization, established at the end of 1995 in Cambodia, working to provide food, shelter, medical care, general education and vocational training to children needing support, e.g. underprivileged children; maltreated children; children living in poverty and children without any formal education. PSE has more than 600 employees and provides help to more than 6,500 children in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville and Siem Reap. PSE is seeking for competitive and capable candidates to fill positions of below based in Phnom Penh.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Control students’ discipline and attendance and set test.
• Plan budget and place the purchase order.
• Be responsible for subject workshop performance.
• Create and update related lessons and teaching plan
• Teach related subject to students using practice pedagogy.
• Participate in class council with other teachers.
• Prepare schedule for training including extra course for students.
• Search teaching resources from Internet and other resources.
• Visit relevant working fields to find out new things.
• Communicate with medical team to check students’ health.
• Communicate with Social Team to check students and their families.
• Propose self-development plan to Manager.
• Develop students’ ability of using MS. Office.

Job Requirements

• Certificate of Technician in related fields. Bachelor is preferable.
• Attended pedagogic training.
• At least two years of working experience in applying field.
• Used to work in educational field and with difficult children.
• Speak and write in English. French is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits:
Staff: Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff.
Volunteer: volunteer can also get some benefits from PSE as following:
-Allowance of Full-time volunteer is 50 USD/month and 30 USD/month for Part-Time Volunteer; plus 
-Other benefits: 24 hours of accident insurance, 50% discount for meal and drinks at PSE Lotus Blanc, …
