Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and development NGO. GNI has made great strides in its mission by providing people around the world with a better quality of life. Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country project that has been implementing its projects in Cambodia since 2002. We are currently implementing 9 community development projects in some provinces around Cambodia with our Head Office is based in Phnom Penh. We are expanding more projects to other provinces; and to meet our rapid growth, we are seeking more candidate to join our dynamic team for positions as below:

Sponsorship Service Facilitator (1 position based in Snoul district, Kratie province)

Job description:

• Giving a clear explanation of sponsorship program and develop strategy to the community from the being of the process
• Leading sponsorship staff training and regular meeting
• Organized local volunteers and make a good use of various program for children
• Designing child support program with sponsorship staffs and suggest to general manager
• Regular counseling and meeting with children and parents
• Writing required documents such as child intake form, documents for new child who are registered sponsorship program, record of home visit, annual progress report, drop-out form etc
• Make a individual child file and keep document carefully for child protection and family privacy
• Reporting child who has some problem or drop-out from sponsorship program in regular sponsorship staff meeting
• Research information related to village work and share with other
• Work cooperatively with the consultant and staff constantly upgrade the work of program in achieving its state goals and objectives
• Participate in mutually evaluating the work performance of members
• To ensure effective internal and external communication, relationship, coordination, cooperation and build trust with NGOs stakeholders and government
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree majoring in management or Social work
• 2 years-experience in the related field
• Ability to gather and analyses statistical data and generate reports
• Good level of English and Computer skill (Microsoft Offices)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Honest and trustworthy, hard-working and willing to learn
