World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for (02) two qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position of:

Position:                                 Senior Technical Officer for Community Engagement

Location:                                Phnom Penh

Salary & Benefit Package:    848USD-1,060USD per month dependent on your experience & qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide capacity building to front line staff to competently playing their roles and promoting the programme effectiveness and monitor the progress of Development Programme Approach (DPA) application and how well of Learning for Transformation (LfT) modules implementing by AP team and individual staff.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure front line staff are competent in playing their role toward the programme quality through provision of effective trainings and learning actions.
2. Ensure all lesson learnt from field application are documented and use to make decision in changing WV intervention.
3. Ensure on going revision of LfT modules to fit the changed context and capacity of field staff. 
4. Provide effective leadership and management to DPA implementation team.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree in development or relevant field
2. At least 2 year experience of facilitating training and 2 years working in a community development field
3. A positive “can do” attitude and ability to think critically are important requirements for this position.
4. Ability to facilitate workshops using participatory tools, approaches, and strong coaching ability
5. Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidelines
6. Ability to apply principles to different contexts, and strong communication skills
7. Must be highly motivated, be proactive, and willing to try new things
8. Must be flexible to a demanding and changing working environment
