World Vision is an international Christians Humanitarian Organization working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation and seek justice. Our Cambodia Office is seeking for (02) two qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position of:
Position: Project Coordinator for Health Nutrition HIV/AIDS and WASH
Location: Sangkum Thmey District, Preah Vihear Province
Salary & Benefit Package: USD 552-USD 690 per month dependent on your experience & qualifications
I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To manage the assigned project such as Health and Nutrition, Water and Sanitation Hygiene, and Disaster Risk Reduction with effectiveness and efficiency through empowerment approach in order to be sustainable development.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and revise plan to reflect and learn from the community with Area Development Program (ADP) team.
- Prepare and revise annual budgets to response the community with accountability
- Ensure that all projects are reaching high quality of performance through coordinating implement of ADP approach
- Ensure ongoing learning on good practices and sectoral standards relevant to the assigned projects and monitoring system and tools are developed and used by Transformation Development Facilitators and Project Coordinators (PCs)
- Promote teamwork among ADP team in learning, training, and spiritual nurture
- Enhance a positive identity of WV Cambodia including being a witness
- To build a strong collaborative network among partners and community
- University degree of development management or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years experiences in community development project.
- Sound experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
- Previous experience in advocacy and networking in an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent in written English communication.
- Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites.
