ISPG HOLDING CO., LTD. is looking for qualified candidates to fill the positions as Admin/Account officer based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Enter data of daily translations into core banking system
- Prepare and produce weekly and monthly reports required by manager
- Well manage accounting documents in file
- Maintain all accounting documents, and perform other tasks assign by direct manager
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets
- Open mail and match payments to invoices.
- Arrange for money to be delivered to bank.
- Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies
- Ensure customers accept payments or refunds
- Arrange the expenses for management for approval
- Perform other necessary tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Business administration
- At least 1year experience in accounting
- Computer literature (World, Excel, Internet & E-mail)
- Good written and spoken In English
- Willing to work as team work
- Be honest and willing to learn new skill
- Ability to work under pressure
