J-Management Project and Mentoring Services

As the economy of Cambodia grew rapidly, we received a barrage of questions from small business owners wrestling with the details of business management skill, know-how of human resource management, and employer’s mandates to prepare for further growth.

Most of the concerns have calmed down—for now—but many are still confused. Here we present courses focusing on Japanese style management (J-Management), to open the eyes of those who are motivated but in wonder about the future.

JICA project offers “J-Management, Design and Mentoring program”

The program will feature introductive lectures of J-Management, followed by individual mentoring services on particular concerns, with consulting by Japanese experts.
