include promoting animal welfare, canine rehabilitation, puppy sales and repatriation.
We are recruiting new team members in order to meet the rapidly
growing demand for our services.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Field Supervisor/Manager (former kennels or animal shelter managers especially considered)
- Knowledgeable about animal health, hygiene, behaviour and breeds.
- Appropriate technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Animal handling experience required.
- Pleasant, professional and excellent customer service skills.
- Good oral/ written skills and computer literate.
- Excellent organisational skills with particular attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, supervise and train Kennel Assistants.
- Ensure all incoming animals are health checked by owners and all paperwork completed
- Ensure all Kennel Assistants are properly trained in all aspects of kennel responsibilities. Such as safe feeding & handling techniques of animals, cleaning agents and medication.
- Lead the Kennel Assistants - utilising excellent communication skills and leadership styles to foster a team atmosphere.
- Ensure the humane care of all animals.
- Address staff concerns regarding specific animals and ensure veterinary instructions are carried out.
- Recommend and implement changes to ensure the optimal operation of the business.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Basic facility management.
- Up-sell K9 Cambodia's services where appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB
which can include lifting, moving animals and administering drugs. Frequent
movement, including but not limited to, standing, walking, stooping, carrying
heavy loads and restraining active animals.
