All Global Grant and District Simplified Grant projects are governed by the Terms and Conditions and the Club Qualification Memorandum of Understanding established by The Rotary Foundation. The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, through the generosity of Rotarians worldwide contributing to the Foundation, provides funding for eligible international projects that address and respond to human needs. The funding mechanisms for these projects are the District Simplified Grants program for community projects in District 6040 and the Global Grants program for international projects.
The District 6040 grants program is administered by the District 6040 Grants Committee.
