Indo-China Agriculture Processing Ltd. is an integrated plantation corporation focus on growing, processing and selling food crops for export and domestic sale, is seeking a qualified Cambodian national (male) for the position of "Administrative Assistant ", based in Phnom Penh.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a variety of HR/Administrative tasks to support staffs in the office and overall business operations.
- Oversee the stationaries and equipment in the office.
- Assist to get the quotations from suppliers to ensure that the competitive price is acceptable and with good quality of products.
- Administer employees’ attendance and leaves in system.
- Supervise daily car, van, truck driver’s activities to ensure that driven car, van, truck is under company’s direction.
- Assist to track fixed assets movement in order to ensure that it is used in proper way.
- Perform other tasks that are being assigned by Supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT
- Possess a recognized bachelor degree of business administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative works.
- Good writing & speaking in English.
- Good attitude and honest
- Good Computer literacy in Microsoft office
