Position: Product Manager

The team mainly focuses on Microsoft Products & technologies which support this concept of connected services, such as Microsoft Exchange & Office Communication Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server & Services, Microsoft SQL Server & Services, System Centre product suite, Hyper-V and Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM etc.
Position: Product Manager
Key responsibilities
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
- Meeting customers and generating revenue on the required product line
- Achieving product specific sales quotas, revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
- Knowledgeable in technology.
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Ability to active sales targets and work accordingly
