Course Objectives
The two-day course is intended for communications and public relations practitioners, brand managers, marketing practitioners, and related-position holders who work to help achieve overall marketing and public relations’ missions, namely increase sales and brand awareness, retain customer relations, strengthen internal and external relations, introduce new products, launch promotion campaigns, and succeed every marketing campaign at both profit and non-profit organizations.

Written E-Public Relations

This session is
aimed to equip participants with general understanding of online public
relations, namely public relations targeted on social media, social network,
and emails.

Electronic Public
& Media Toolkits
|
This session is
aimed to introduce participants to toolkits intended for electronic public
and media relations. Toolkits are blog articles, e-new releases,
e-newsletters, and e-invitations.

Email Skills for
Public Relations
|
Necessary email
skills such as guides to html and multimedia email design, email sending,
mass mailing, email address collection, and file attachments are provided to
participants so that they can communicate, build and maintain relationship
with the public and media.

This session is
aimed to equip participants with theoretical and practical skills in writing
cases (can be testimonies or success stories) intended for email newsletters,

This session is
aimed to provide participants with practical skills in writing email
invitations to events, conferences or other meeting programs intended for
corporate bodies and the public.

aimed to provide participants with practical skills in writing email
invitations to events, conferences or other meeting programs intended for
media.

Grammar, Style
Guides & Checklists
|
This session is
aimed to provide key knowledge of frequent grammatical errors, style guides,
effective sentencing and paragraphing, and checklists for finalized work.

Speaker
Mr. Hoem Seiha, a training and event organizer, a long-standing email practitioner and an award-winning English writer, once served as a socioeconomic writer at Economics Today Magazine and then an editor-in-chief at IT Executives Newspaper. Also a public relations adviser to VTrust Group, he has built a huge success on business relations & networking and marketing campaigns through both written & spoken communications. Aside, he has such skills and experiences in education sciences, media and communications, and field marketing that he has understood and achieved many online marketing campaigns.
